The touring process should be fun, exciting, and aligned with your needs and values. That’s why I curate a home search based on the “Whats” and “Whys” from your buyer consult. Home buying can be a stressful process. During the search, my job is to ensure that all you have to do is show up and tour homes that fit your needs.

Falling in love with your new home should start with laughter and lightheartedness.

STEP 3 | FIELDING OFFERS

I’m all in when it comes to negotiating for your future

In this stage of your selling journey, I am working full throttle behind the scenes to ensure that I’m optimizing your return. I go through offers line by line looking for every possible opportunity, I call buyers’ agents to encourage great offers, and I vet every mortgage broker to ensure that offers are solid. By the time I bring offers to you, I’ve done everything possible to tip the scales so you can sit back and simply choose the best offer.
